PHASE 1: CLIENT BRIEF

1. Client brief, requirements & timing schedules.
2. Location of project.
3. Basic site survey and feasibility studies

PHASE 2: SPACE PLANNING AND STRATEGIC PLANNING:

1. Discovering what the organization requires in its facility, in  terms of space, and how best to utilize the space
    Ensuring that all the required services in the office are allowed  for. 
2. Exact space calculations of each individual and department. 
3. Working with existing furniture and exploring the use of new  furniture 
    and how this will effect the design and installation.
4. Exploring new ways of working and the requirements i.e. Cellular  offices vs open plan environments .
5. Budget constraints. 
6. Overall effective space planning solution.

PHASE 3:INTERIOR DESIGN

1. Conceptual design, taking a two dimensional plan and converting it  into a three dimensional space.
2. Applying finishes and specifying all the elements that will make up  the overall completed environment.                 
3. Preparing final drawings for the construction of each element and  individual trade, i.e. furniture, fittings, ceilings, 
    partitions, lighting,  electrical, AC, sprinklers, doors, and any other required facilities.                 
4. Preparing a complete scope of work to complete the project &  select contractors in each discipline, to                
    prepare quotes/tenders for the work  required.

PHASE 4: PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

1. Preparing time lines for each trade to ensure that all timing  parameters are met.
2. Finalizing the exact scope of work to prepare, adjudicate and award  tenders/quotes.
3. Overall management of contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all  quality, time and budget requirements 
    are adhered to.

Dynamic space is the result of the design and completion in excess of 150 projects  throughout South Africa.

interior  design, decorating, installation and ongoing development of the design concept.
